On August 13th, 2020, Damian started working at Outback Steakhouse as a host. Previously, Damian had worked as a host at James Joyce from September 14th, 2019 to March 17th, 2020. Damian was laid off due to Coronavirus and was eligible for re hire.
The new job is much more involved than the prior host position. So far, management and fellow outbackers have been understanding and accommodating. Damian plans to stay in this role for years and excel in his original role.
